Appledore’s geese graze in open-grass paddocks and enjoy a natural diet of berries eaten from the hedgerows as part of their long and healthy life.
Once reaching full maturity under the highest standards of welfare and care for the environment, they start the process from farm to table.
They are then left for seven days to mature and the geese natural flavours develop as part of the age old tradition of geese production.
All geese are supplied in greaseproof paper and a carry-home box that includes vacuum packed giblets, pop-up timer and a leaflet of recipe ideas with simple cookings tips.
