Fresh crab is back

It’s always a red letter day when the local brown crabs start coming into the shop. Caught within sight of the coast by local fishermen on small day-boats, these are the ultimate in wild and local food.

One of the things we love about crab is the double benefit of the sweet white and the richer brown meat and when they’re super fresh like ours, the taste is sublime so you don’t want to mess around with them too much.
