Fourth generation fishmonger and business owner. Lives and breathes the shop from dawn to dusk.

Marketing Coordinator and HR

Partner in life and business. Joined the team fully in 2024 in time for the big move to the new shop. Responsible for rebranding and the shop fit.

Recently joined and is elevating the food to the next level. Reinventing the menu and proving a hit with the team and customers.

Joined in 2024 and was heavily involved in the move to the new shop. Thriving on new challenges and gaining experience.

Front of House

Joined last year and has become the face of Jenkins and Son. Friendly, efficient, and very adaptable. The street food bar reflects her attention to detail.

Jack Barnard

Kitchen Porter

Joined in the summer 2025 and an essential part of our kitchen team. Valued for his dedication and reliability. Often using his skills as a budding photographer and media to help promote our evening Pop Ups.

Fishmongers

Brooke Barton

Fishmonger Shop Manager

Joined 10 years ago and has worked her way up to this position. Manages online customers and in-store orders, excelling during the festive period. A favourite with customers and an asset to the shop.

Louis Beales

Fishmonger

With the company for just over a year. Responsible for filleting and prepping fish for deliveries to restaurants and hotels. Right-hand man to Darren, dependable, and funny. A key figure in the shop.

Skilled hard worker and nephew to Darren Jenkins. Part-time worker while studying. Integral to the running of the Fishmonger side of the business, often exceeding expectations.

Working part-time after maternity leave. Sister to Darren, a long standing favourite with customers and a central part of the business.

Freddie Cottrell

Trainee Fishmonger

Joined this summer as a Saturday trainee. Very keen to learn new skills and be on-hand for busy Saturdays in the shop. Ambitious and eager to please.

Fishmonger Apprentice

Our first Apprentice having joined the Fishmonger team in September this year. Gaining respect for her work ethic and commitment to her new role. Working towards her Level 2 Fishmonger qualification.

Delivery Drivers

Gary Andrews

Efficient, reliable, dedicated, and a great character. Has built an excellent rapport with all our restaurants, hotels, and home delivery customers. Integral to the running of our home delivery service.

Sandy McMillen

Part-time driver covering our local areas and the occasional run to Billingsgate. A dear friend of the business and a huge help.
